Intensive focused on deep relaxation.
In the poses, your body is supported by cushions. You can completely surrender to being carried and do nothing. A feeling of inner security and silence can arise. Deep relaxation allows frozen energy to flow through again and the natural balance of your body can be restored. This works on a physical, emotional and mental level. We take ample time for each pose and there is plenty of silence during class. This gives you the opportunity to completely turn your attention inwards and be with yourself, with everything that presents itself to be seen and felt. We work a.o. with restorative postures, pranayama (breathing), guided relaxation and meditation.
