Friday evening Duo-Yoga

In this class, you need each other. Feeling and using each other's energy to get into the asanas together and become fully aware of oneness. Finding balance in the asanas together can also definitely make for welcome laughter and fun.
This class is taught by Konnie who has years of experience as a yoga teacher of children and adults.
Please note that you come with your own duo partner. This can be with your lover, neighbour, friend, colleague, child, brother, sister.
