Massage course level 1

This 3-day course is taught by Ganga Hoogendoorn.

This course is a great addition if you are a yoga teacher, yoga teacher in training or if you want to start your own practice.

You will learn the basic techniques that allow you to give a full massage.

You will learn to recognise and learn to work on a subtle level, techniques like pressure point massage/Shiatsu and Ayurveda you will work with.
