General terms and conditions

Welcome to yoga school Sai Mithra. To make classes as enjoyable as possible and to clear up any ambiguities, we would like to see the following rules respected.

General

  1. If the student is under treatment from a doctor, physiotherapist, etc., please inform the teacher. The teacher can then take this into account during the lesson.
  2. To keep the mats tidy, we would like you to roll them up tightly and clean them after class.
  3. You are welcome at the centre from 15 minutes before the class starts.
  4. You will be kept informed of announcements and new activities via e-mail and the newsletter.
  5. The teachers are not responsible for the loss of jewellery, clothing or money.
  6. The teachers are not responsible for any injury sustained during class. Students pay close attention to their own limits and get out of the pose in a timely manner if pain, discomfort or instability is experienced.

Taking classes

  1. In principle, participation in lessons applies per course year (September to June), or from the date on which the student starts lessons.
  2. On interim departure, the notice period one month, as from the first of the month.
  3. The lesson fee is €55 per month, for 1.5 hours of lessons once a week.  
  4. The lesson fee is due on the first of the month by bank or cash, payable no later than the first lesson of the month. The lesson fee must be paid to the teacher with whom the lesson is taken.
  5. In consultation with the relevant teacher, it is possible to take individual lessons. An individual lesson is €15. If a fixed lesson per week is taken and additional lessons are taken in addition, with one's own or one of the other teachers, these are €11 per lesson.
  6. Various packages can be purchased through the shop including a 10-ride card, this card is €130 and valid for 3 months.
  7. Holidays longer than a month are by mutual agreement, your spot will remain reserved.
  8. There will be no classes on public holidays and during the Christmas break. The relevant dates will be posted at the yoga centre in advance. On average, there are nevertheless 4 classes per month: classes that are cancelled will be compensated with the months in which 5 class days fall.
  9. Missed lessons due to illness or other reasons cannot be settled. The full tuition fee is due.
  10. If the student is unable to attend, it is possible to catch up on this lesson on another day in the same or the following month. Catching up is not possible during the summer break. Due to the size of the groups, catching up may not be possible. The course participant will contact his/her own teacher, who will then contact the teacher from whom the lesson will be made up. If a lesson is regularly missed and is made up with another teacher, the teacher will be consulted.
  11. During the months of July and August, a schedule is made to allow students to continue doing yoga. Classes are taught by changing teachers. You can come by the time. The schedule will be on the website by then. Classes are €15 per class.
