3-Day September retreat

3 Days we will work with elements of Transformative Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Mantra singing, Meditation, Dance and Music.

Kristian, Arjanne and Ilona will provide the classes on this unique weekend.

Classes focus on whole, complete, liberation and relaxation, so that you go home Sunday feeling reborn and in your power.

The location where we give our 3-day is in a wooded area and we are in a monastery' The

Huijberg" a place with attention to earth and breath.

Everything is taken care of, food, drinks , a nice place to sleep.

From Friday 15;00-17:00 arriving and Sunday around 13:00-16:00 leaving again.

All you have to do is sign up and pay a deposit of €100 to ensure your spot.

We give priority to trainee teachers and graduates.
