This course: edition 2 is taught by Arjanne and Ilona.
This course is a great addition if you are a yoga teacher, yoga teacher in training or if you want to start your own practice. Furthermore, the course gives many insights on the physical as well as the subtle body both for the test person and yourself.
You will learn the basic techniques that allow you to give a full massage.
You will learn to recognise and learn to work on a subtle level, techniques like pressure point massage/Shiatsu and Ayurveda you will work with. You will learn what it is like to touch with your full attention.
