Start the new year from clarity and connection with yourself. During this two-day workshop, taught by Arjanne and Birgit, we combine yoga, meditation and journaling to help you consciously close the old year and make space for new intentions.
The first half of the day is dedicated to reflection. With gentle yoga and writing exercises, we look back on the past year. What do you want to take with you? What can you let go of? We guide you to the still point, the resting point where every movement ends and from where every movement starts.
The second half of the day we move from that stillness into the future. With yoga, meditation and focused writing exercises, you will work on getting clear on your intentions for 2025. Where does your heart want to go? What feels right and inspiring to you? Together, we start the new year with a clear head, an open heart and a deep sense of connection with ourselves - and the world around us.
This workshop was originally 2 days. We have decided to shorten it to one day where we combine the contents of both days. Participants have been notified of this.
