On this day we will dive deeper into our system, using the techniques of Trauma Sensitive Yoga combined with Transformative Yoga, Restorative and Yoga Nidra, focusing on (Trauma)
Ilona will attend a 3-day training in this in November and will take you through her own experience and that which she has been given.
It will be a very beautiful day, with space and time for yourself and going to meet, recognise and sink into your body in a gentle way.
The intensive is for anyone who wishes to experience peace, stillness and self-love.
