Our form of yoga is conscious, deep and meditative, with much attention to the energetic effect of postures. All postures are built up step by step. As a result, all classes are suitable for everyone, whether you are doing yoga for the first time or have been on the mat daily for years. Feel free to try out a few classes and discover the teacher which suits you best.
