Want to rent an atmospheric space for your workshop, training or session with clients? Our yoga school is a wonderful oasis of calm in the heart of Amsterdam. We are happy to help you create space for what you want to organise. Together we look at what you need to give your students and clients the best experience.

Sai Mithra Yoga is an oasis of calm in the heart of Amsterdam.
One large room (including the seating area and dining table).
Tall and spacious, with lovely light and fine energy.
Ideal for both groups and individual sessions.
It fits 15-18 yoga mats or about 25 stools or chairs.
Rent includes the use of yoga/meditation equipment.
Easily accessible by car, bicycle and public transport.

For whom.

Our yoga school is multi-purpose. The studio consists of 1 large space and is perfect for workshops, coaching, 1-on-1 sessions, ceremonies and training in the field of personal development, awareness and communication. But also for small events, such as video and photo shoots. You can even rent the space including one of our teachers, for example for a children's party or a team day with yoga and meditation.

Easily accessible

Our yoga school is located in the heart of Amsterdam in the lively Nieuwmarkt neighbourhood. The studio is easily accessible by car, bicycle and public transport. Within 5 minutes' walking distance are 2 car parks: on Waterlooplein and near the Stopera. We are a 10-minute walk from Central Station and right next to metro station Nieuwmarkt.

Wide availability

The space can be rented outside our regular timetable and workshops to. There is great availability on weekdays (daytime), weekends (evenings) and during summer and Christmas holidays.

Use of equipment is included in the rental price

Yoga mats, meditation cushions (round and half-moon), bolsters (2 sizes), blankets, sheepskins, blocks, belts
Lounge with a seating area and a dining table
No separate changing room, though there is a closet and a coat rack for stuff.
Folding chairs and stools
Kitchenette with tea-making facilities and mini-fridge
Toilet
Stereo (CD player and connection for telephone)
WiFi

Our rental prices

Rental prices are on request. Depending on how often and what you want to use the studio for, we will determine a price. Email info@saimithrayoga.nl for a no-obligation quote. Guidelines are:

On weekends

€ 320 for one day (8 hours)
€ 210 for a half-day session (4 hours)

Weekdays and evenings

€ 320 for one day (8 hours)
€ 165 for a half-day session (4 hours)

Small print

The above prices are exempt from VAT. Do you hire regularly or do we make structural arrangements? Then we give a discount, we look at this per request.

If you are interested in renting the space, but are not quite able to come up with a financial solution, we will be happy to think with you.
