During this summer retreat at home, Pablo and Ilona will join forces and use yoga and boxing for insight and self-deepening.
Day 1: We will focus on yoga, postures, meditation, breathing exercises and rediscover our inner strength. From this strength, we will further explore what hinders us from being allowed to be without having to do our utmost in daily life and on the mat.
Day 2: Going to work with all the insights and experiences from the day before, we will take them with us during meditation, surya namaskar and throughout the rest of the day. After making space in our body and mind, Pablo will take over and we will move on to the Boxing part.
Pablo is a coach-psychologist and uses boxing to give insight into how you act in everyday life. It is possible for anyone to join in on this two-day, whether you are beginner or advanced.
During these two days, we will work on connection, safety, strength and inner peace.
There is room for a lunch break you can bring your own or get something nearby.
Transformative yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, breathing exercises and boxing will be used to have a great weekend.
Max 12 participants, with 6 applications, this mini retreat will go ahead domestically.
Time: Saturday from 11:30-17:30 and Sunday 10:30-16:30.
