A sound journey is a deeply relaxing experience that takes you inside, past places you might have forgotten.
After gentle yoga postures and meditation, you don't need to do anything else except relax. Snuggle under a blanket, grab your socks, put on an eye mask and make yourself as comfortable as possible.
As you lie comfortably, you may slowly let go of the outside world and surrender to a sound journey created live and especially for us.
