Post Teacher Training

This training will start again in January at Sai Mithra.

This covers 7 classes, each class will focus on one chakra. This series is intended for teachers who have completed the Transformative Yoga training.

After frequent requests for a continuation of the training, these classes were born. From the desire to deepen, to explore postures on a different level, more knowledge of the subject matter and perhaps even more the piece of exploring beyond words, form and time, where we still use the body as input.

-Would you like to practise correcting even more, or do you notice that you run into this while teaching?

-Do you have questions about postures and/or meditation and want to learn to feel even more what they can do for you, on both a physical and energetic level?

-Do you have questions about teaching in practice?

-Do you have a desire to delve further into what you already know so far?

Then this is a suitable training for you. There will be plenty of room to correct together, ask your questions and explore them together.

What can you expect?

ASANA-PRANAYAMA-MEDITATION-BANDA-MUDRA- MANTRA-CHAKRA-KOSHAS

Additional literature will be recommended and in addition to deepening already existing knowledge elements of trauma sensitive yoga, restorative and possibly yoga nidra, among others.

Ultimately, the most beautiful thing is to let the lesson arise in the moment, with your questions that we explore together allowing us to learn further from each other: these lessons are the most powerful.

The training starts in January with a minimum of 5 participants.

Times: Saturday 12:00-18:00 and Sunday 11:00-17:00

Cost: €875.

Participation involves attending the entire training.
