Pablo and Ilona join forces again in Sai Mithra. During this special day, we will bring yoga, boxing and psychology together for a holistic experience of body and mind.
A day full of insight, movement, self-reflection and inner peace.
We start quietly with meditation, yoga and other forms of mindful movement. We then delve into a psychological piece of theory which gives insight into behaviour, patterns and beliefs. From there, we step onto the mat and go boxing - not to win, but to explore:

How the day proceeds will depend on the group and what is needed at the time.
We conclude with a deep Yoga Nidra, so that everything you have experienced is allowed to land in peace and integration.
