How wonderful is it to start the year with clarity and connection with yourself?
During this workshop, led by Arjanne and Birgit, we combine yoga, meditation and journaling to help you consciously close the old year and make space for new intentions.
The first half of the day is dedicated to reflection. With gentle yoga and writing exercises, we look back on the past year. What do you want to take with you? What can you let go of? We guide you to the still point, the resting point where every movement ends and from where every movement starts.
In the second half of the day, we move from that silence towards the future. Through yoga, meditation and focused writing exercises, you will work on clarifying your intentions for 2026. Where does your heart want to go? What feels right and inspiring to you? Together, we will start the new year with a clear head, an open heart and a deep sense of connection with ourselves – and the world around us.
Bring your favourite pen, a nice book or notebook to write in. You can bring your own lunch or get it outside.

Because we believe it is important that everyone can participate, even those on a tight budget, we run the workshop on a donation basis. You can choose whatever feels right and appropriate for you.
