Ganga Hoogendoorn, the founder of Transformative yoga and our yoga centre, will teach a number of modules this year. This Module is about Pranayama and Asana in combination.
It looks at blockages, among other things, and to give you the opportunity to become aware of the life force emerging from deep within yourself.
It is a deepening class for those who have been practising yoga for some time, are in training or have completed a yoga course.
