It proved to be a welcome and valuable addition to the yoga practice. Obviously in line with Sai Mithra's mission to facilitate and accelerate personal growth and transformation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An annual shamanic programme will be launched from November. A series of nine drum ceremonies, in which we can deepen as a fixed group and where each ceremony can build on the previous one. This fixed group forms the 'tribe' of committed 'travellers' who follow the entire journey together.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Born during a shamanic journey to Scotland and Iceland over the last 12 months, the 'Crystal Knowing' programme consists of 7 key parts or steps on the way to truthfulness - each step is explored and opened with a ceremony.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The programme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Friday evenings 19:45-21:30 (+\/-) at Sai Mithra, Amsterdam<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>14\/11 - Introduction to shamanism and start of our journey together<\/li>\n<li>19\/12 - Principle 1: 'The Great Master'. Embodiment and self-love<\/li>\n<li>16\/01 - Principle 2: 'The Lion'. Courage, courage of the heart, purpose<\/li>\n<li>20\/02 - Principle 3: 'The Whale'. Inner course, compass<\/li>\n<li>20\/03 - Principle 4: 'Centre Stone'. Centricity, movement from the centre<\/li>\n<li>17\/04 - Principle 5: 'Hope'. The light of hope through the breaking point<\/li>\n<li>15\/05 - Principle 6: 'The Surprise'. Surrender, reaching out for unity<\/li>\n<li>12\/06 - Principle 7: 'The Breast'. (Re)birth<\/li>\n<li>26\/06 - Integration, closing ceremony<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Practical information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The price is \u20ac35 per session or \u20ac295 if you pay in one go.
